SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please supply a street address when submitting orders. We use several common carriers such as UPS. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii are made using Priority Mail. No liquid paint or solvents can be shipped by air - so paint can only be shipped via ground service to the lower 48 states.

The convenient Shipping / Handling tables below show you what your shipping cost will be. The appropriate shipping fee is automatically added to your order. Shipments to Canada and other international locations will be billed at actual cost plus a $2.00 handling fee. Special shipping arrangements can be made by calling Customer Service. C.O.D's (Payment on Delivery) are available for ground shipments with in the lower 48 states. Payment for C.O.D's must be made by Money Order only. No personal or company checks will be accepted. Money Orders should be made out to Stamina. An additional C.O.D. fee of $8.50 is added to all orders. No C.O.D.'s can be sent to international locations or P.O. Boxes.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Order Processing: Orders are filled in the order they are received. Generally, orders are filled within 2 to 3 days of receipt. Allow extra time during the Spring months (February through May) when we receive a very heavy order volume. Processing time varies from 4 to 5 business days during this peak period. If you are in a hurry to get your components, we offer UPS Air shipping service at an additional cost. Be sure to select the appropriate Air Service from the shipping menu when completing your order. The "free internet shipping" offer does not apply to Air Service shipments.

If you have a "has to be here by" deadline, you must notify us in the "special instructions" space when placing order. We will ensure you order is shipped to arrive in time. We will apply the appropriate Air Service shipping cost to your total (if it has not been selected). Please note that we only receive your order the day after you submit it. Keep this in mind when ordering Next Day Air and other Air Service shipments (example - if you order on Thursday "Next Day Air" -order will ship Friday and you'll get it on Monday). If time is extremely short, please call our toll free order line 1-800-546-8922 (instead of ordering on-line) to ensure you get your items in time.

Shipping Time (days in transit): All shipments are made from our facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Shipping time (days in transit) for standard ground shipping depends on destination. To both the East and West Coasts and Florida, allow 5 business days transit time. To the South and the Midwest, allow 3-4 days transit time. To neighboring states, allow 1-2 days transit time.

Shipping time for Air Service shipments depends on the service you select. Remember we receive the order the next business day after you submit it.

So what is the total time from when I order to when the goods are delivered? If your delivery address is on either coast or in the far south, allow 2 weeks when using standard ground shipping. Delivery addresses in the Midwestern states allow approximately 10 days. Allow a week for states neighbouring Minnesota.

These are approximations only to give you an idea of the time frame involved in the ordering process. Delivery time depends on many factors such as: the season (spring season is peak), severe weather, out of stock items and others. We encourage you to call in your order if time is of extreme importance. As mentioned above, we have several UPS Air Service options that will get you your order in an expedited manner.

BACK ORDERS
Although we try to stock all items, invariably some items will be out of stock at times. We will place out-of-stock items on backorder upon customer request, but in most cases out of stock items will be canceled and we will request you to re-order them at a later date. When time is critical, please request stock be checked on items you order to avoid any unexpected delays in your shipment.
